1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RoundTrip platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Platform Role and Scope

RoundTrip Global LLC ("RoundTrip," "we," "our," or "us") operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, comparison, and booking of travel-related services.

RoundTrip is not:

• A travel agency
• A tour operator
• A travel provider
• A merchant of record (unless explicitly stated)

All travel services are provided by independent third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between RoundTrip and any third-party provider.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse access or service at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity conducted under your account

RoundTrip may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice.

5. Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

RoundTrip:

• Does not process payments directly
• Is not responsible for payment failures or errors
• Is not the merchant of record unless explicitly stated

You agree that all transactions are between you and the applicable third-party provider.

6. Incentives, Credits, and Promotions

• Incentives may be promotional or merchant-funded
• Incentives may be modified, revoked, or discontinued at any time
• Incentives are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated

RoundTrip reserves full discretion over eligibility, application, and enforcement.

7. Financial Account Connectivity (Plaid)

RoundTrip integrates with Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to enable financial connectivity.

By using these features, you:

• Authorize RoundTrip and Plaid to access your financial data
• Consent to Plaid's data collection and processing
• Agree to Plaid's terms: https://plaid.com/legal/

You acknowledge:

• Plaid operates independently
• RoundTrip does not control Plaid's systems or data
• Your use of Plaid is at your own risk

8. Third-Party Services

All travel services are provided by third parties. RoundTrip:

• Does not guarantee service quality, availability, or pricing
• Makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party providers or their services
• Is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service issues
• Is not liable for disputes between you and providers

9. Bookings, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to third-party provider policies
• RoundTrip is not a party to booking contracts
• RoundTrip is not responsible for refund decisions

Refund eligibility is determined exclusively by the provider.

Credits and incentives may not be refundable.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with platform operations
• Abuse promotions or incentives

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, technology, and branding are owned by RoundTrip or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

RoundTrip disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee:

• Availability or uninterrupted access
• Accuracy of listings, pricing, or availability
• Error-free or secure operation

The Services may be in development, subject to testing, or contain errors.

14. Data and Security Limitations

RoundTrip does not guarantee the security of data transmissions or storage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoundTrip shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access
• Data breaches
• System compromises

15. Errors and Corrections

RoundTrip reserves the right to:

• Correct errors in pricing, availability, or content
• Cancel or modify transactions
• Refuse bookings

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RoundTrip shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from third-party services
• Data or system failures

Liability Cap:

RoundTrip's total liability shall not exceed:

• The amount paid by you for the specific transaction, or
• $100 if no payment was made

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoundTrip from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform

18. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The arbitration may take place in the State of Delaware or remotely, at RoundTrip's discretion.

Small claims court exceptions apply where permitted.

19. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions.

20. Force Majeure

RoundTrip is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• System outages
• Third-party failures

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.

22. Right to Refuse Service

RoundTrip may refuse service at any time for lawful reasons.

23. Assignment

RoundTrip may assign these Terms without restriction. Users may not assign without consent.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and RoundTrip.

25. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

26. Platform Availability

RoundTrip does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may:

• Experience interruptions
• Be modified or discontinued
• Contain evolving or experimental features

27. User Acknowledgment of Risk

You acknowledge that all bookings, financial connections, and transactions are made at your own discretion and risk.

28. Changes to Terms

RoundTrip may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
